I'd purchased the same trim at JoAnn's before I found Dove online. It would take way too much space to detail the difficulties I encountered with JoAnn's when I decided I later needed more. So, just the facts - The product is the product - good stuff. My original purchase of 10 yards at JoAnn's, with a 50% off coupon, still cost more than the 12 yards I got from Dove (and that includes the S&H!). I placed the order on Sunday and had it in my hands on Friday. Plus, there was plenty of communication letting me know just how my order was progressing.
As I said, the product is the product, regardless of where you get it. In that situation, what counts is price and service and I gladly give Dove my highest recommendation for both!
